Easy Returns

Eligible Knot Home products, including Sale items, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to product-specific conditions.

• Carpets, Cushion covers and Accessories: Can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.
• Items must be unused: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for products with stains, dirt, odour, pet hair, or any other signs of use.

Made-to-Order Artworks

We currently do not offer returns on artworks. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us for a replacement.
