Shipment are sent from our warehouses in the U.A.E and shipment to a second country will be eligible for a custom charge paid by the client at the time of recipe of the item.
Shipment/s are shipped by DHL ground or Air and the client will be notified by DHL prior to any delivery.
The shipping time is between 2 to 7 working days
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of the recipe of goods in case of any damage or irregularities.
This should be mentioned at the time of recipe of the item and signing the recipe of good declaration document handed out from our courier service provider.
Any refund/return will be done only through the original mode of payment
Cancellation and replacement policy:
Cancellation or replacement is accepted if:
- The wrong product was sent by Knot Home
- The product is defective
- The product/ products was damaged in shipping
