    Easy Returns

    we want every purchase to feel just right. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.

    Eligible Knot Home products, including Sale items, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to product-specific conditions.

    • Carpets, Cushion covers, Accessories and Artworks: Can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.
    • Carpets purchased after a Free Home Trial: Not eligible for a refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
    • Items must be unused: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for products with stains, dirt, odour, pet hair, or any other signs of use.

    Made-to-Order Furniture

    As these pieces are made to order especially for you, purchases are final once production begins and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

    Cushion inserts: We do not offer returns or exchanges on cushion inserts. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement.

    Seal your product, making sure that it is undamaged, in its original packaging. Take a photo of your packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp +971 55 889 4400. Don’t forget to include your order number. That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest.

    *Try Before You Buy - Carpets purchased after a Try Before You Buy are eligible for exchange within 14 days but are not eligible for refunds, unless found to be defective.

    Returns are free within the UAE.
    If you are returning an order from outside the UAE, the cost will depend on the type of product:

    • Cushion bundles: AED 99 per bundle
    • Decor accessories: AED 99 per item
    • Carpets: AED 199 per item

    Refunds are simple at Knot Home. We’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
