    Easy Returns

    Eligible Knot Home products, including Sale items, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to product-specific conditions.

    • Carpets, Cushion covers and Accessories: Can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags and packaging intact.
    • Items must be unused: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for products with stains, dirt, odour, pet hair, or any other signs of use.

    Made-to-Order Artworks & Cushion Inserts

    We do not offer returns or exchanges on artworks and cushion inserts. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement.

    1. Seal your product, making sure that it is undamaged, in its original packaging.
    2. Take a photo of your packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp +966 565 000777. Don't forget to include your order number.
    3. That's it! We'll take care of the rest.

    Returns are free within the UAE & KSA.

    If you are returning an order from outside the UAE & KSA, the cost will depend on the type of product:

    • Cushion bundles: SAR 99 per bundle
    • Decor accessories: SAR 99 per item
    • Carpets: SAR 199 per item


    Refunds are easy at Knot Home (Knotting Matters Decoration Materials & Partitions Trading Co. L.L.C / Rabit Alaqd Company Commercial). We'll simply issue your refund to your original payment method.
