    Absolutely — you can exchange your item(s), Carpets, Cushions, or Accessories within 14 days of receiving them. Just WhatsApp us on +966 565 000777 with your order number and the name/code of the new item(s) you'd like, and we'll handle the rest.

    Carpets, Cushions & Accessories:

    • Riyadh & Jeddah: Orders typically ships in 1-3 days
    • Mecca, Dammam, Taif & Tabuk: Orders typically ships in 2-4 working days

    Please note: Please note we don't ship on public holidays.
    In the rare event an item is unavailable due to a system error, we'll notify you within 2 business days, cancel the item, and issue a full refund.

    - The item is still in stock
    -     You can share proof of purchase

    Price adjustments are issued as store credit for a future order.
