If the item/s doesn’t fit my space, Can I return it?

Absolutely! We gladly accept returns on all orders (except those purchased on “CLEARANCE” clearly marked as Non-Returnable) for a full refund within 7 days from time of delivery (from the day you receive them at your home), All we ask is, for you to return them with all their original packaging, no damages to the product or the box and to seal the box securely with adhesive tape. Items with missing or damaged packaging may be rejected and returned to sender.

 

Can I get refund on item/s on Sale?

Sure you can. The same general refund policy applies to items on SALE. The only time/s we do not accept refund on, are the items that are on “CLEARANCE” and are marked clearly as “Non-Returnable".

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! To get a shipping estimate, shot us an email on help@knothome.com or WhatsApp us on +971558894400 with the item/s number, name or photo and the quantity.  Please note, duties will be billed to the recipient upon shipment. We can give you more info on duties when we know the items you are interested in. 

 

What about exchanges?


Sure you can change your mind. You have 7 days from the time you receive an item/s for exchange. Just WhatsApp us on +971558894400, give us the name/code of the new item/s you want and your order number, we’ll take care of the rest. 

 

When will my order/s ship?

Dubai and Sharjah deliveries go out the NEXT DAY.  For all other Emirates this can take 2 working days form the time you make your orderPlease note, we do all our shipping in house, so we do not ship on weekends or holidays. In a very very unexpected case of us not having your item in stock due to system errors, we will notify you within 2 business days of a cancellation and provide a full refund.

 

How do I track my?

You can track your order on our website. You will also get text messages from our courier partner on the day of your delivery. 
And as the delivery progresses.

 

I just placed my order, What now?

Now you can relax! Your item/s are getting packed and will be in your Home in no time. You will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at check out and another one when your order ships. you will also get an SMS from our courier partners when your items is out for delivery which is usually the next day from your order. 

 



I recently bought an item/s that just went on sale, is there any way to get a price adjustment?

We'll totally honor price adjustments for items that went on sale within 7 days of your original purchase, so long as the item was purchased at full price on our site. The item must be in stock and proof of purchase is required. Price adjustments will be issued as a store credit to use towards a future order.

 

How do I get a refund on damaged item I have received?


We always make sure all our shipments go out, in perfect shape and securely packed.  In-case you receive a damaged item or with a part missing, please whatsApp us on +971558894400 to inform us about it within 7 days from the time you receive the shipment. We will take care of the rest and organize your exchange/refund. Note that if we are not notified within 7 days of recipe of the shipment about any issue we can’t process the refund/exchange.

 

Are your prices including 5% VAT tax

Yes,  the price you see on all our items is the final price you pay and it includes VAT.

 

Is shipping free for all emirates in the UAE?

100%. We do not charge any extra fees for shipping to any of the emirates within the UAE.
