If an item doesn’t fit my space, can I get a refund on it?

Yes Sure, full refund within 7 days of delivery. (all items including sale)

**Note: If an item is missing or has damaged packaging, we may send it back to you. 

Is shipping free within the UAE?

Yes — we do not charge shipping fees within the UAE.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship everywhere, here’s how to make an international order:

  1. Email ellen@knothome.com or WhatsApp +971 558 89 4400
  2. Include item number(s) — and product name(s) or a photo
  3. Confirm the quantity

**Note: you may have to pay duty on receipt of your order. We can confirm precise charges when you contact us.

Do you charge for shipping?

  1. Free Shipping within the UAE (all collections)
  2. Free Shipping for GCC if the basket exceeds AED 999 (valid on accessories & cushions)
  3. If the basket is less than AED 999, additional charge of AED 99 will be applied. (valid on accessories & cushions)
  4. Additional charge of AED 199-399 will be applied for all lamps & carpets (shipping in GCC)
  5. Additional charge of AED 299-499 will be applied lamps & carpets. (shipping internationally)

Can I exchange items?

You can exchange any item within 7 days of the date of delivery —

  1. WhatsApp us on +971 55 889 4400
  2. Include the name (or product code) of the new items you want in exchange
  3. Include your order number
  4. We take care of the rest

When will my order(s) ship? 

  • Abu Dhabi/Dubai/Sharjah — NEXT DAY
  • All other Emirates — up to 2 working days from the time of order
  • We do not ship to remote places within the UAE (Western region of Abu Dhabi & Al Wagan)

**Note: we do not ship on Sundays & holidays. In the unlikely event that we don’t have your item in stock, we will notify you within 2 business days and provide a full refund.

 I just placed my order — now what?

We pack your items, then ship them! See the full process below.

  1. We confirm every order by sending an email to the address provided at checkout
  2. We send another email when your order ships
  3. You also get a message on WhatsApp when your item is out for delivery (typically, the day after ordering)

I received a damaged item, can I get a refund?

If you receive damaged goods, or there’s a missing part, please do the following:

  1. Send a WhatsApp to +97 1558 894 400 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include details of the damage or missing part(s) or photo(s)
  3. Let us take care of the refund or exchange

**Note: we cannot process a refund if we do not receive a message within 7 days of the date of delivery.

Can I cancel my order before I received it?

Yes sure, You can cancel your order anytime before you have received our delivery notification and a full refund will be made to the payment solution used initially by you. Please allow up to 4-5 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
