What is a Try Before You Buy?

It’s a service in which customers select up to 4 carpets (online or showroom). We bring over those selected carpets, lay them out for them to decide, and then they keep and pay for the chosen carpet(s), and our team takes the rest back, at no cost!

 

*The service is currently offered only in UAE

 

What if I choose not to purchase any of them?

The customer doesn’t need to purchase any carpet if the selection doesn’t fit, although this happens very rarely. If that’s the case, the team simply takes back all the carpets. However, the customer can always select 4 more and schedule another free home trial.

 

What is the country of origin for your products?

Cushions and Accessories: Portugal, Vietnam & UAE

Carpets: Turkey, India, and Nepal, & few other nations

Furniture : Made in UAE

 

Is there a physical showroom located in Dubai?

Is it possible to purchase just the cushion covers?

Certainly, you can select "Covers Only" prior to adding them to your cart.

 

Is it possible to request customizations for cushions, carpets, and home accessories?

Unfortunately, no.

 

I'm a designer. Do we get discounts/commissions?

Yes, you can register by sharing your trade license via WhatsApp at +971 55 889 4400. Once received, our team will share the details of the available discounts and guide you on how to avail them.

Do you offer any installment payment options?

Certainly, we offer Tabby & Tamara in the UAE .

 

Is Cash on Delivery available for orders in the UAE?

Yes, we provide both cash and card payment options upon delivery. However, Furniture is excluded for Cash on Delivery

 

If I change my payment preference away from cash on delivery, can you send me a payment link?

Of course, we can send you a payment link for you to complete your payment online.

 

 

SHIPMENTS

 

I live in the UAE. Is shipping free?

Shipping all over the UAE is completely Free.

 

How long does it take to receive the shipment for all UAE orders?

Carpets, Cushions & Accessories: Enjoy FREE delivery within 1–3 days

Furniture: Delivery is estimated within 8–12 working days

Please note: Deliveries are not available on Sundays and public holidays

 

When will my order(s) be shipped?

  • Please note that we do not process shipments on Sundays and holidays.
  • In the rare event that your item is not in stock, we will notify you within 2 business days and issue a full refund.

Carpets, Cushions and Accessories Orders

 

I've just placed my order — what happens next?

Rest assured, your items are in good hands, and here's the complete process:

 

We'll promptly confirm your order with an email sent to the address provided during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive another email notification.

On the day after your order, you'll also receive a WhatsApp message when your item is out for delivery.

 

 

Can I cancel my order before it's delivered?

Absolutely, you have the option to cancel your order at any time before receiving our delivery notification. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method you used. Please allow up to 4-5 days for the refund transfer to be processed and completed. Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

Made-to-Order Furniture

 

Made-to-Order & Final Sale

  • All furniture items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
  • Furniture orders are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided production has not commenced.
  • Once production begins, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

 

Warranty

  • All products include a minimum 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
  • Furniture manufacturing defects are covered for up to 1 year from the delivery date.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Fabric softening or compression
    • Color changes due to lighting or sunlight
    • Damage caused by cleaning agents, moisture, misuse, spills, pets, relocation, or installation by third parties

 

 

 

PAYMENTS

 

Do you offer any installment payment options?

Certainly! We offer Tabby in Saudi Arabia. However, for other countries, installment payment options are currently not available.

 

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Certainly, we offer cash on delivery for orders in KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman. However, we regret to inform you that we do not provide this service in Bahrain.

 

If I change my payment preference away from cash on delivery, can you send me a payment link?

Of course, we can send you a payment link for you to complete your payment online.

What is the estimated delivery time for shipments outside the UAE (KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain)?

Shipments to these countries typically take 7-10 days for delivery, excluding any potential customs delays

 

Can you expedite the shipment?

On request yes, we send it through airways

 

Are there shipping fees for orders outside the UAE?

Yes, shipping fees vary based on the order details:

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. To place an international order, please follow these steps:

• Email help@knothome.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +971 55 889 4400.

• Include the item number(s), product name(s), or provide a photo.

• Confirm the quantity of the items.

• Provide the shipping address, and we will promptly provide you with the best available shipping quote.

Note - You may be responsible for paying duties upon receiving your order.

At Knot Home decor Dubai, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. But if you’re not happy for any reason, we understand – and we’ve made it easy for you to return your order for a refund or exchange.

 

Our 14-Day Returns Policy

You can request a refund or exchange on all Knot Home orders, including Sale products, within 14 days of delivery.

 

How to Make a Return

  1. Seal your product, making sure that it is undamaged, in its original packaging.
  2. Take a photo of your packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp +971 55 889 4400. Don’t forget to include your order number.
  3. That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest.

 

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Seal your product, making sure that it is undamaged, in its original packaging.
  2. Take a photo of your packed item and send it to us via WhatsApp +971 55 889 4400. Tell us your order number, and the name of the product you’d like to exchange it for.
  3. That’s it! We’ll take care of the rest.
  4. *Try Before You Buy - Carpets purchased after a Try Before You Buy are eligible for exchange within 14 days but are not eligible for refunds, unless found to be defective.

 

Shipping Costs

Returns are free within the UAE.

If you are returning an order from outside the UAE, the cost will depend on the type of product:

  • Cushion bundles: 99 per bundle
  • Decor accessories: 99 per item
  • Carpets: 199 per item

 

Your Refund

Refunds are simple at Knot Home. We’ll process your refund to the original payment method.
