Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. For a shipping estimate, email us at help@knothome.com or WhatsApp us on +971 55 889 4400 with:
- Item number(s) / name(s) (or a photo)
- Quantity
Please note: Any duties/taxes are billed to the recipient upon shipment. Once we know what you're interested in, we can guide you on expected duties.
Currently, we don't ship furniture internationally.
What about exchanges?
Absolutely — you can exchange your item(s), Carpets, Cushions, or Accessories within 14 days of receiving them. Just WhatsApp us on +971 55 889 4400 with your order number and the name/code of the new item(s) you'd like, and we'll handle the rest.
Furniture orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, as long as production hasn't started. Once production begins, orders can't be cancelled or refunded.
When will my order ship?
Carpets, Cushions & Accessories:
- Dubai & Sharjah: Orders typically ship the next day
- All other Emirates: Please allow up to 2 working days from the time you place your order
Furniture
- Made-to-order furniture is delivered within 8–12 working days (estimate only).
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to materials, production, or logistics.
- Delays do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Please note: We don't ship on Sundays or public holidays.
In the rare event an item is unavailable due to a system error, we'll notify you within 2 business days, cancel the item, and issue a full refund.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order on our website. You'll also receive SMS updates from our courier partner on the day of delivery, with progress updates as your delivery moves along.
I just placed my order — what now?
Now you can relax. Your Carpets, Cushions, or Accessories, are being packed and will be with you soon. For made-to-order furniture, production will be initiated after your order is confirmed.
Here's what to expect:
- An order confirmation email to the address used at checkout
- A second email once your order ships
- An SMS/WhatsApp update from our courier partner when your order is out for delivery (usually the next day)
I bought an item and it went on sale — can I get a price adjustment?
Yes — we honor price adjustments if the item went on sale within 14 days of your purchase, as long as:
- It was purchased at full price on our website
- The item is still in stock
- You can share proof of purchase
Price adjustments are issued as store credit for a future order.
How do I get a refund or replacement for a damaged or missing item?
We pack every order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or with a missing part, please WhatsApp us on +971 55 889 4400 within 14 days of receiving it, and we'll arrange an exchange or refund.
Please note: If we're not notified within 14 days of delivery, we may not be able to process an exchange/refund.
Made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins. If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
Are your prices inclusive of 5% VAT?
Yes — all prices shown include VAT. The price you see is the final price you pay.
Is shipping free across the UAE?
100% — shipping is completely free to all Emirates within the UAE.
